Tara joined St. Catherine’s Association in 2007 and has worked across all areas of service supporting both children and adults to achieve their goals. In 2015 Tara progressed to the role of Deputy Children’s Service Manager in 2015 of two residential centres. In 2019 she developed and opened St Catherine's first Adult Day Service supporting 2 young adults. Just a few short years later this service has grown and developed into a service supporting 14 young adults in a person-centred manner. Tara has a keen interest in continuing to support young people build and develop as they transition into adult services. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Psychology.
