Michelle began her social care career in 2014 joining the residential services team working with children under 12 years old after graduating college with a BA (HONS) in early childhood care and education. She then moved into the adult disability area in 2016 working alongside adults to promote their independence while living in their own homes. Michelle joined St. Catherine's in 2023 supporting the adults living in Woodbeg and is now acting deputy residential services manager since August 2024. Michelle along side the team in Woodbeg strive to ensure a person centered approach when supporting the young adults in Woodbeg.
