Daniel joined St Catherine’s Association in December 2025 as a Quality and Compliance Officer. He graduated from South East Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Applied Social Studies in Social Care. Prior to joining St Catherine’s Association, Daniel worked with children as a Social Care Worker in residential and respite services, before progressing to Team Leader and Deputy Manager roles in adult residential services. In his current role as a QCO, Daniel conducts provider audits across St Catherine’s Association’s residential and respite designated centres in line with HIQA regulations, supporting the organisation to maintain high standards of care and compliance. He also compiles Annual Review Reports and participates in the Rights Review Committee.
