Alan joined St Catherine’s in 2014 working as a bus escort and special needs assistant. He moved to work in residential services in 2016 in Woodbeg supporting two residents and then moved to Glenview Heights in 2020 where he supported the young person living there to transition to his new home. He has supported this young person from 2016 as a child and as an adult since 2020. Alan is a qualified social care worker with a degree in Applied Social Studies.
