Ericka joined St. Catherine's in 2025 with twenty-two years’ experience in social care, including fourteen years serving as a nurse and seven years in management and leadership. Ericka holds a deep understanding of the challenges, experiences and motivations of the residents in her care and she advocates for them at a very person-centric level. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Nursing and has completed the QQI6 Leadership programme.
