Granitefield is a modern & spacious property situated on the outskirts of Kilmacanogue Village in Co. Wicklow.
Granitefield provides residential support for up-to three individuals on a full-time basis with a diagnosis in the moderate to profound range of intellectual disability. Granitefield is currently home to one child.
Our team in Granitefield is composed of highly qualified professionals who are passionate about providing the best care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are committed to understanding the unique needs of each individual and tailoring our services to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Granitefield is a short walk to the village of Kilmacanogue, where there is transport links to Bray town and seafront as well as Dublin city centre. There are country walks all around and a petting farm nearby. A public playground is available in the area also.
Granitefield offers a warm and inviting home environment; within a countryside setting. There is a large sitting room and smaller chill out sitting room. A large sensory room is nestled in the garden with the relaxing sound of a river running past.
Granitefield actively encourage community engagement and social inclusion. Through various activities and outings, we help individuals build social connections and foster a sense of belonging within the broader community.
We share this responsibility with the individuals we support and their families so that all can thrive in the embrace of our community.
